Eligible parts purchased from Forged Torque are covered for one year from the original purchase date, subject to proof of purchase, eligibility, proper installation and use, and the written terms supplied with the order.
Public warranty summary
For an eligible covered part, the warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that are reported during the one-year coverage period and verified through the claim process. Product-specific written terms supplied with the order control if they differ from this public summary.
Forged Torque may request photographs, video, measurements, installation information, operating details, diagnostic steps, or return of the part. If a claim is approved, the covered remedy will be identified in writing and may include repair, replacement, or another remedy stated in the product-specific warranty.
Unless the written product warranty says otherwise, coverage does not include normal wear, consumables, cosmetic condition, corrosion, improper storage, incorrect installation, unsuitable site conditions, misuse, overloading, collision, alteration, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, or damage caused by electrical, hydraulic, environmental, vehicle, or third-party conditions.
Labor, removal, diagnosis, travel, loss of use, freight, reinstallation, and incidental or consequential costs are not included unless the applicable written warranty or approved claim explicitly states otherwise. Legal rights that cannot be limited under applicable law remain unaffected.
