Terms of use & sale.
These terms explain how website information, customer accounts, estimates, orders, and equipment support work. Product-specific written quotes and order documents control each transaction.

Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting sign-in access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Account information must not be used to impersonate another person or interfere with the website or another customer.
Estimates and order acceptance
A website price, message, or estimate is not final acceptance of an order. A transaction becomes binding only under the written quote, invoice, payment terms, and acceptance process provided for that order. Forged Torque may correct errors and must confirm availability, configuration, freight, taxes, and final specifications.
Product information
Reasonable efforts are made to keep names, images, prices, dimensions, capacity, certification, and availability current. Images may show a representative configuration. Customers must review the final written specifications and confirm that the selected equipment is suitable for the intended vehicle, space, utilities, slab, access, and use.
Certification and installation
Products identified as certified on this site are described as CE certified only. CE information does not replace site evaluation, permitting, inspection, installation instructions, operator training, maintenance, or compliance with laws and requirements applicable to the customer’s location and use.
Payment and taxes
Accepted payment methods and due dates are stated on the applicable invoice or payment page. Forged Torque does not request raw payment-card numbers through customer messages. Taxes and governmental charges are calculated or confirmed for the transaction and destination.
Freight, returns, and warranty
The Shipping & Freight Policy, Returns & Cancellations Policy, written order terms, and applicable product warranty are incorporated into the transaction. If documents conflict, the product-specific written order or warranty controls.
Website availability and changes
Website access and features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider availability, or other operational reasons. Catalog information and these public policies may be updated prospectively by publishing a revised effective date.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable United States and state law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Transaction-specific dispute terms, if any, must be stated in the written order accepted by the customer.
