Heavy equipment often requires freight planning that depends on the product, destination, access, and unloading needs. Forged Torque confirms the final freight amount and delivery requirements in writing before payment.

Website or account-based shipping figures are estimates only. The final written quote identifies the confirmed freight charge, destination, included service level, and any known accessorial charges before an order is accepted.
Estimated handling and transit periods begin only after an order is accepted, required information is received, and product availability is confirmed. Carrier schedules, weather, destination access, and other events outside Forged Torque’s control can affect delivery.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, contact number, access limitations, and the requested delivery environment. Changes after carrier booking may create additional charges.
Unless the written quote states otherwise, the customer is responsible for confirming that the destination can receive the shipment and for arranging suitable unloading equipment, personnel, and space. Liftgate, limited-access, residential, redelivery, storage, or appointment services must be identified before booking.
Inspect the shipment and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible shortage or damage on the carrier’s delivery record, photograph the condition, retain all packaging, and notify Forged Torque through your account as soon as possible. Concealed damage should be documented immediately after discovery.
Pickup, delivery, positioning, and installation are separate services unless specifically included in the written quote. Location details are exchanged privately and are not published on this website.
