Equipment orders may involve supplier commitments, freight bookings, and product-specific configurations. The written quote identifies the terms that apply before payment.

Because products and fulfillment arrangements differ, return eligibility, cancellation conditions, restocking charges, and nonrefundable costs are disclosed in the written quote or order confirmation. Review and accept those terms before submitting payment.
Submit a cancellation request through your customer account immediately. A request is not approved until Forged Torque confirms it in writing. Orders already released, configured, prepared, or tendered to a carrier may be non-cancellable or subject to documented supplier, payment-processing, storage, or freight costs.
Do not return equipment or parts without written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved items must be returned in the stated condition, with included components and documentation, using the authorized destination and carrier instructions.
Delivery damage and shortages follow the inspection process in the Shipping & Freight Policy. If the item received does not match the written order, keep the item and packaging secure and send photographs, the SKU, order information, and delivery documentation through your account.
Any approved refund is calculated under the applicable written order terms and returned through the original payment method when practical. Bank and payment-provider posting times are outside Forged Torque’s control.
A request involving an alleged defect is evaluated under the applicable limited warranty rather than treated automatically as a return.
